2005
Launching of the exhibition. The first location is the Contemporary Art Center in Vilnius.
5 huge stands took part in the exhibition.
2006
Micheil Saakashvili, the then-president of Sakartvelo, came to the exhibition's opening. Represented wines not only from Europe or Lithuania but also from Canada.
2007
Dewey Markham lectures on Bordeaux and a large Sopexa delegation. The employees of "Mineraliniai vandenys" dressed up in the most beautiful uniform of all time - themed costumes of the Antiquity period.
2008
Visitors are introduced to biodynamic and organic wines for the first time. Winemakers from Australia come to the exhibition. For the second year, the "Wine and Art" lecture is led by a guest from London - Hillary Guise.
2009
The first licensed Lithuanian winemaker - Česlovas Ramoška - presents his wines at the exhibition.
2010
At the initiative of the Lithuanian Sommelier School and Sommelier Association, the Lithuanian wine and dessert pairing championship started during the exhibition.
2011
Winemakers from the Czech Republic arrived for the first time.
Rasa Starkuvienė, the initiator and organizer of the exhibition, becomes a member of the Knighthood of the French Republic. There is a public debate about the culture of wine and gastronomy.
2012
For the first time, the United States Embassy had a stand at the exhibition and the Canadian stand is returning to the exhibition. 20 stands in the exhibition.
2013
40 stands take part in the exhibition.
2014
Exhibition celebrates its decade!
2015
Wine Days is moving to a new space - the exhibition will now take place in the Litexpo exhibition and conference center.
2016
A delegation from Japan visits the exhibition, Japanese sake tastings take place.
2017
During the exhibition, the blind wine-tasting championship "Nose" begins.
2018
The "#Mes ne ligoniai" (en. we are not ill people) movement is born to show consumer dissatisfaction with the changed alcohol restriction and advertising laws in Lithuania.
The delegation of "Wine in Moderation" is visiting the exhibition.
2019
The exhibition is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary! Record number of participants - 137.
2022
The exhibition returns after a 2-year break caused by the pandemic. For the first time, the opportunity to observe the exhibition during a live broadcast.
For the first time, a tasting of Ukrainian wines is held at the exhibition.
